2. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
  • Comply with all local laws and regulations when posting or transacting.
  • Do not post prohibited, illegal, or harmful content.

3. Listings & Transactions

TradoO facilitates discovery and communication; we are not a party to transactions between users.

4. Prohibited Activities

  • Fraud, scams, or deceptive practices.
  • Harassment, discrimination, or hate speech.
  • Posting counterfeit, stolen, or dangerous goods.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm the community.

6. Governing Law

TradoO maintains this website ("Site"). The United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile and we stipulate that the governing law is the local law. Any purchase, dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.

7. Payment Methods

Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment. The displayed price and currency at the checkout page will be the same price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt and the amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency.

8. Sanctions Compliance

We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.

9. Age Restrictions

Customers using the website who are minors/under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.

10. Transaction Records

Cardholders must retain a copy of transaction records and TradoO policies and rules.

11. Account Security

Users are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of their account.

12. Cancellation and Refunds

Subscribers can cancel their requested services within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
