How do I create an account?
Click on "Sign Up" in the top right corner. You can register using your email, Google account, or phone number. Follow the simple steps to complete your registration.
How do I post an ad?
After signing in, click "Post Ad" in the navigation menu. Fill in the details about your item or service, add photos, set a price, and publish. Your ad will be reviewed and go live within 24 hours.
Is posting ads free?
Yes! Basic ad posting is completely free. We also offer premium features like featured ads and urgent listings for better visibility.
Buying & Selling
How do I contact a seller?
On any ad page, you'll find contact options including Call, WhatsApp, and Chat. Choose your preferred method to reach the seller directly.
How do I edit or delete my ad?
Go to "My Ads" from your profile menu. Click on the ad you want to edit or delete, then use the Edit or Delete buttons.
How long do ads stay active?
Regular ads stay active for 30 days. You can renew your ad before it expires to keep it live.

How do I stay safe when buying or selling?

How do I report a suspicious ad or user?
Click the "Report" button on any ad or contact our support team. We take all reports seriously and investigate promptly.
What are verified sellers?
Verified sellers have completed our verification process, including phone number and business license verification. Look for the verified badge on their profiles.
Account & Settings
How do I change my password?
Go to your Profile > Settings > Change Password. Enter your current password and your new password.
How do I delete my account?
Contact our support team at support@tradoo.ae to request account deletion. Please note this action is permanent.
